2008 Malibu Rouge
80% Merlot, 20% Cab; Grown in Malibu; The original Malibu blend, aroma of cherries and rosemary, spicy oak and bold jam flavors with a surprisingly light body yet unfiltered. Lingering earthy minerals. Pair with smokey cheese and crunchy bread.

2009 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
80% Cab, 20% Merlot; Malibu grapes. A new blend for Cielo; Greeted with fresh grass and damp earth, tangy flavor of early blackberries and raw almonds; lingering black pepper. Pair with lamb or any well prepared game.

2009 Estate Reserve Cabernet
100% Cabernet Savingon grapes ripened in the sunny terraced hills above Malibu you can smell and taste the terroir in this big bold cabernet; earthy with warming notes of copper, smoked pepper and smooth bourbon; pairs beautifully with short ribs or buttery vegetables.

2009 Estate Syrah
100% Syrah grapes; Cielo Malibu grapes; Strong nose of bourbon vanilla syrup. Silky mooth body with strong anise bite and big blueberry juicy-ness, clean tanins with lingering raisin flavor. Pair with dark chocolate.

2009 "Bubbles" (Sparkling White)
Blanc de Noir grapes from Napa; Silvery white with tiny strands of pearly bubbles. Aroma of crushed jasmine and wild honey, cloud-like body of white pepper and cold clean minerals with an afterthought of melon. Makes a lovely grapefruit Mimosa!

2009 Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay grapes from Napa; light buttery yellow with a coconut nose, then a soft sweet lemonade body with a heady golden wheat finish.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc
100% Sauvignon grapes from Napa; Tropical scent of coconut compliments the sweetness of pineapple and cucumber with a crackling finish of green apple.

2009 Misty Roses
70% Merlot, 30% Malbec; Rich raspberry pink with a buttery nose and full flavored body that harkens the old fashioned summery taste of frozen custard. Juicy body with notes of strawberries and orange marmalade. The energetic color and rounded flavor pair well with any spicy dish.

2009 Honey Pie
45% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvingon Blanc, 15% Muscat; Smells of honeysuckle and fresh cotton. Glows golden, as if lit form the bottom. Layered flavors of honeydew melon, lemon sorbet, with a lingering creamy sweetness. A true California girl, this white blend is like a bouquet of daises. Pair with sweet pea soup or tangy salad dressing.

2009 Moulin Rouge
80% Merlot, 20% Cab, Napa Valley. Cherry red with aroma of cool oceanic air, old oak barrels seep into the short clean body of raspberries and a finishing touch of burning sage.

2009 Purple Haze
80% Syrah 20 % Petit Syrah from Russian River. Deep Maroon color, aroma of homemade blueberry ice cream with a smooth acidic body of espresso and raw milk chocolate; blackberry jam finish.

2009 Black Widow
85% Cab, 15% Petit Syrah, Clarksburg, CA. Our most popular red blend, rich opaque red, bold yet creeping layers of wild blackberry and oak, long smooth tannins, with lingering cassis finish.

2008 Black Bird
50/50 Petit Verdot and Malbec; heady smell of violets, layers of piney tannins, and smooth blackberry finish with a slight note of dusty leather; pair with dark chocolate or fresh berries.

2009 Pinot Noir
100% Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia. Stained glass red, campfire nose and a light body of toasty wheat bread and tart jam, raw cashews and hazelnuts give way to a lingering barbaque flavor. Pairs well will roast chicken, or fish.

2009 Wildberries Cabernet
100% Cabernet from Alexander Valley. Rich, pepper and berry forward nose, surprisingly light bodied yet full of jammy flavor with a singing aftertaste of smooth spice and coppery earth. Pair with fresh spinach and tart balsalmic.

2009 Deep Purple
100% Petit Syrah from Mendicino County. Floral nose of lilacs and cut grass. syrupy purple colored, forward flavors of blueberry and juicy grape, puckering tannins with finish of muddled mint leaves.

2008 Woodstock Cabernet
100% Cabernet from Napa Valley. Spicy nose, aroma of winter cabin; well-balanced smoke and dark cherry notes; leaves palate with richness of Tahitian vanilla. Pairs perfectly with Medium-rare sirloin.

2008 Wild berries Purple Label
60% Petit Verdot ( Santa Barbara) 40% Syrah (Napa). Strong raisin nose., light bodied, buttery grape juice flavor, lingering notes of black tea and oak.

2008 Red House
80% Cab, 20% Merlot, Napa grapes. Heady aroma of roses, and sanded wood; lipstick-red with tangy citrus body and chewy flavor of rhubarb; finishes with woodsy tannins. Pair with spicy pepperoni pizza.
